A. Payment Policy
- ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL - Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be authorized and charged at order placement. If your billing address is NOT your shipping address, you must fill out your shipping details as well.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PHARM ORIGINS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Free Domestic Shipping is offered on every order.
2. Time to process the Shipping
All orders are processed for shipment within 7 to 10 business days of your order being placed. If there is any order delay you will be contacted by our support team.

4. Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, UNLESS you contact customer support & inform us otherwise.
You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt, UNLESS expedited shipping was requested. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We no longer accept international orders due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic.
C. Return Policy
Return PolicyWe offer a 90 Day money back guarantee from the date the product is delivered to the shipping address via USPS (please see below for guarantee specifics) for all products. You MUST contact our support team to receive a return authorization number (RAN) in order to be issued a refund.
Please note: Customer may only return 1 empty bottle per 30 days since the date of delivery. All other products will need to be unopened in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Customer buys 3 bottles and returns after one month. We will ONLY accept 1 empty bottle and 2 unopened bottles.
Customer buys 6 bottles and returns in month 3. We will accept 3 opened bottles and 3 unopened bottles.
Any “opened” bottles outside of these guidelines will not be accepted for a refund.

If you would like to exchange your product for any reason.
You MUST contact within 7 Days from receipt of delivery.
PLUS, the product must be in NEW condition and unopened.
If a product is returned and does not meet these specifications your exchange will be denied.
